Visitors to your site see all your listings. You can add new listings, at any time, and make changes -- in seconds.

Visitors can sign up on your HouseHunter's HotLine to receive free email notices from you about new listings or price changes.

Without lifting a finger, you'll send email notices to HotLine subscribers every time you add a listing (or change a price) to match their preferences.

You can also easily send your subscribers a different email notice about any other new listings matching their preferences.

You'll receive by email a daily Web-site traffic report showing who visited your site and looked at listings, which listings they looked at, and when, during the preceding 24 hours.

Take a look at the listings at a working add-on site, if you haven't already done so. This site was originally created by others; the QuikList listings were added later. Notice the following details:

Listings are automatically sorted by property type, by community, and by price.

Listing photos are crisp and clear and display quickly.

You can add additional pictures and accompanying text to any of your listings at any time. A "Tour this property" button appears on the listing page when you add one or more tour pictures.

You can flag listings with different tags at any time ("New listing", "Price reduced", "Sale pending", "Sold")

|
You can add the Open House icon  to any listing with the click of a mouse, and remove it just as quickly. Open House details -- date, time, location -- are added to the individual listing page.

You can call attention to Features (like "Waterfront", "Mountain View", "Golf") that you feel are important by flagging any listing with one or more of them, too. You tell us which Features are important in your market area, and we make them available to you to attach.

How it's set up:
